Hi,
Whe I turn on my laptop the screen lights, but there is no logo, no post, just a blank screen.
I have tried the windows key + B procedure several times, it finally worked with a USB, and got to the screen to continue with restarting, the screen blanks and nothing happens after that, just like when I started.
Is there anything else I can try, before making a warranty claim (I would really like to recover some or all the hard drive, if possible).
Thanks for any help
System specs: windows 10(64 bit ver.21H1), Intel core i7, 16Gb ram, 512Gb SSD hard drive

As this is a hardware issue, I'd suggest youContact HPin your region regarding the service options for your computer.
