Product: Pavilion 15-270sa Notebook

Hi, I’m currently unable to start my laptop. If I try to start regular it says preparing automatic repair then freezes, usually the screen turns red and black . I have attempted turning off pulling battery and holding power button without it being plugged it, pressed escape when setting up. When I try refresh it crashes but now says the drive is locked unable to refresh. If I try to factory reset it says a required partition is missing . Could someone please suggest alternative options?

Hi

 

An alternative maybe to use a Windows install disk and then the command prompt...

However not knowing what resources you have, this may be a bit tricky...
