Hello David-bradshaw8,
If you could tell me what the issue is with you PC and what's caused it to direct you to that link, then I may be able to help you with getting it up and running.
Please include the following:
Current operating system installed.
Model and Product numbers for the PC.
If there's an error, exactly what the error says (screen shot if possible)
A description of the issue if no error message/code is present.
I look forward to your reply.
Thank you for posting on the HP Forums.

Hello jackeboy,
I see that you've been directed here and the notebook is indicating the hard drive diagnostics are not working. I will try to assist you with this.
If you could, please capture the error for me. This would help to determine and see what might be going on. Also, if you could please answer the following questions:
Are you able to start the computer and load Windows? If no, how far into start up do you get?
Did this just start occurring? If yes, were any updates or changes recently made?
I look forward to your reply.
Thank you for posting on the HP Forums.
