pc wont return to factory settings or show updates does anyone kniow why? S/N [Personal Information Removed]

The specs of your machine is

It has  64 GB eMMC (much much better than machines with only 32 GB eMMC). You have to free up HDD to give room (say  16GB) for machine to do other works
