Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

i just bought a brand new spectre.360 convertible 13-aw0xxx and set it up and transferred all my data to it. it was $1600.00.

when i ran perfmon /report, it says my laptop is substandard in five different areas, so i ran userbenchmark and it says it's functioning at 20% capacity.

please explain why a brand new hp laptop that's supposed to be one of the best on the market is performing so badly and  what i can do about it. it's had all its updates, including its bios update. i've run sfc /scannow and it finds no errors.

i am not happy.

my previous laptop was a spectre purchased two years ago and its perfmon was fine.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help,

HP does not recommend to use Third party measuring apps as they are not tested by HP and may not be accurate.

  2. Click Troubleshooting Tools, and then under Health Check, click Use this tool to scan your system for security and maintenance issues to open HP Health Check from HP Help and Support.

Alternately, click Start, All Programs, HP, and then HP Health Check to open HP Health Check from the start menu.
