Hi @Ray1q,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding your laptop!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

First, check if the Play Store is enabled. Click on the Clock in the bottom-right corner and go to Settings. Scroll down to Apps and click on Google Play Store. If you see "Turn On," click it to re-enable the Play Store.

Next, try restarting your Chromebook. Hold the Power button and choose Restart. Once it restarts, check if the Play Store appears in the App Drawer.

Make sure your ChromeOS is up to date. Go to Settings, then About ChromeOS, and check for updates. If there's an update available, install it and restart.

I'm glad I could help! 😊 If this resolved your issue, please mark it as "Accepted Solution" and click "Yes" on "Was this reply helpful?"—your feedback not only keeps us going but also helps others find the solution faster! 👍

Take care and have an amazing day ahead! 🚀

Best regards,

Kuroi_Kenshi
