hej jag skulle göra en ny instalation, av windows,,, så jag kunde få bord mitt lösen ord,,,  men det gick inte  så jag tryckte på nått pass word,,, då kom,,,,,,,,, post power on password up,,,,,,    vete fan hur jag ska gå till väga nu,, uppskattar all hjälp så min dator hoppar till liv igen,,  mvh patrick

Hi,

 

For that Model, you will need to Contact HP Business support - they should be able to send you a customised SMC.bin file which you can use at boot to reset the password.

 

You can contact HP Business Support in your country via

Hi,

 

If this is a power on password, enter an incorrect password 3 times and you should receive a 'System Disabled' code - post back with this code.
