Product: HP Pavilion - 15-cs0053cl

Laptop hasn't been holding battery charge well after complete shutdown. Then I noticed

Battery light blinking 5 times, and started troubleshooting that error code. Even after all troubleshooting things the issues persist

I have tried

1. reseating ram

2. checking internal connections

3. removed the battery (blinks even when no battery is installed)

4. The system doesn't have a CMOS battery

5. HP hardware diagnostic UEFI tool doesn't find any issues on a quick test (~3min)

 

What do I try next?
