Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

When I go to log on, I receive the following error message:

 

'The User Profile Service failed the logon. User profile cannot be loaded'

 

Please help!!!

Hello @Bluenoon88 

 

Windows 2000 and onward uses user profiles. Your PC uses user profiles for every user that may be using the PC. The user profile you use has gone corrupted and you need to re-create it. Follow this article >> https://windowsreport.com/corrupt-user-profile-windows-10/
