hello i have hp invent 510 so requires password before windows start or setup, please help me

Hi,
You may be able to remove it as follows.
Shutdown the notebookand unplug the AC Adapter.
Remove the rtc battery - see Page 57 of your Maintenance & Service Guide. - then hold down the power button for 30 seconds and leave the machine for a couple of hours.
Re-insert the rtc battery and re-assemble.
Note: If the 'Stringent Security' option has been previously enabled in the bios menu, then the above will definetely not work.
