Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The physical keyboard has developed a fault whereby the q,a,z keys also type the keys next to them. The w,s,x keys type the previous letter. I have rebooted no change. Any help would be appreciated

@Glynnpt

Firstly please use a can of compressed air and blow under the area. Hope this helps.

Regards.

I just noticed the latast Windows Creators update failed to install just before the keyboard problem. Could this be the cause? I just completed the install correctly. Would it be worth uninstalling it?

the problem is that I am in China at the moment and I am not sure where to get compressed air. I will try though. I would have thought  anything sticking would not have affected keys this way

I just did a combination of touchscreen keyboard strokes and physical keyboard strokes and it has gone back to normal!!! Could it have been the failed update? and now I have completed all updates, it is ok?

I did blow hard in the area of the keys. Maybe that did it!!

How strange
