HP 255 G8 Notebook PC (1W9Z7AV)
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When updating the BIOS to version f.35, the TPM module disappeared from the BIOS. When you turn on the laptop, a message appears with the following content: There is an issue with Trusted Platform Module (TPM) data.

Press [Y] - Reset whole TPM

Press [N] Boot with current TPM data

Note: BitLocker may require the recovery key to boot to Windows.

Having the exact same issue but we have to update 300+ laptops of the same make/model 😞
Contacted MS AzureAD/Intune team support and they are pointing the finger at HP which is a depressing scenario as the device has to be completely wiped and removed from AzureAD/Intune and start from scratch. Any adverse changes to the TPM information causes the device to basically lose its identify tied to the MS Cloud.
HP please fix asap!
