Hello, the turbo boost mode is activated in my bios but only works at that nominal values ​​3.6GHz instead of 4 GHz. do we have to do a reinstallation or is there some manipulation to do? Thank you in advance for your answers

Try enabling Runtime Power Management in the BIOS.

Helo my bios was well configured, after installing turbo boost monitor, the pc goes up to 3.77 but still not the 4 expected 

in the device specification it is 3.6
