probleme mit dem bios

hallo zusammen

ich habe bei meinem proboock im gut angetrunkenen zustand das bios adminpasswort geändert und komme jetzt nicht mehr ins bios. kann mir einer weiter helfen? das wäre super

ich bedanke mich schon mal im vorraus
