My laptop's processing is very slow.it takes time to power on and also take time when browses any website.even if i opens any file or any folder in my system,it takes time.

Ever since my HP Envy 17m updated from Windows 10 to Windows 11 this thing is UNGODLY SLOW. So slow I thought maybe it had malware but it doesn't... I scanned it from external media.  It has a 2 TB SSD and was super fast before, but now even typing is slow.  When I look at task manager I see system interrupts consuming 20% CPU; I've never seen that.  What can we do about this?  This is ridiculous.
