I connected USB my phone Samsung note three
HP Recommended

OK, so you connected your Samsung phone and then you got this error message?

What you should do is install Samsung Kies 3.  I did that for my Samsung phones and it automatically downloads and installs the right USB driver for Samsung phones.  After that, I was able to plug in the phone without problems.

You can get it from here:  http://www.samsung.com/us/support/owners/app/kies

Good Luck

My HP Elite Pad has losted startup
HP Recommended

So now, you're telling me that your ElitePad is not starting.

If you can, please follow the directions in this link to find the detailed product number of your PC: http://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c03754824?jumpid=reg_r1002_usen_c-001_title_r0001

If that is not possible, then look for a sticker on the PC that includes the product number and post that here.  If the battery is removable, the sticker is likely to be in the battery compartment.

Also, need to know what Windows version your PC is running.

IF it's running Win10, did it come with that preinstalled?

We can proceed once you provide the information.

Thanks

Trying to download Win 10. Currently using Win 7Pro 32bit. Download goes smoothly until has to go through a couple of rebooting segments then gets hung up. (usually around 90% or so )

About a year ago I had to replace the system bd with a Factory repaired HP system bd. It is working fine except when I boot up from scratch it always stops and asks me to go to the HP www.hp.com/go/techcenter/startup OR just hit enter and proceed with startup, which I've always done.

I never bothered to re-enter the sys product name, product config, product serial number or the product numbers. I can get to the system bd info using the f1 esc sequence but cannot change anything only view it. I have 3 of these 4 bits of info handy but cannot figure on how to enter??

I feel thiis "stopping point" because the boot up system board info" is missing is the reason my down load for windows 10 gets hung up when going through the final stages of the down load and has to reboot several times to complete the upgrade from win 7 to 10

How do you re-enter this info or work around this reboot stopping sequence???

Help I only have 20 more days to download win 10 for free!!
