profiles missing

How am I able to access my windows users? I can no longer see them. When trying to switch users, nothing comes up. It will just let me "log out" but no additional user profiles. I can locate my users in folders once logged in into the only profile which is NOT the administrator profile smh. I need help! Best Buy charges to look into this because apparently, I only have hardware coverage not tech support. Any help on how to get my users back and log in my profile, admin profile? Thanks

I see you are experiencing user profile issues with the HP Pavilion X360 Laptop.

Type Settings in the search box on the desktop, select Settings.

1. Press Windows + R to open Run command, type Services. msc and press Enter.
2. Search for User Profile Service, right click on it and start the service.
3. Also, set the Startup type to Automatic.
4. Now check if you are able to log in.
