My name is Manirathnam. D, purchased hp premium pavilion laptop HP15-CS3006TX on 25th January 2020. i have a extended warrant upto 2023 for care pack. i thought that hp product in market is very good in quality and providing very good customer service.So, i pruchased laptop wtih huge amount Rs.70000. Within 1 and half years facing lot of issues in laptop, Major issues is battery life. My primary battery is weak within 20 months?  i know as per policy batter life warranty is 1 year only. but battery life based on usage of laptop. I used rarely on those 20months only within these 20 months batter problem. tested components test for battery its shows failed and failure code :PG3UQ3-A0RAR5-MFPXGK-C8PB03. I didnt expect this from hp products. even i used more than 3 years after batter problem arises means i can change battery. i contacted customer executive told that battery need to change its cost around rs10000. for other brand dell or lenovo its battery life is around 3 to 4 years. i dont want to take risk again to spend 10k for purchasing battery, because quality of new battery life is also very worst only. Also spending 10k for battery changing better i should spend with 25k to 30k to get new laptop from dell or lenovo. anynow i feel very bad to get relationship in hp products with myself and my family members. hereafter i dont suggest to anyone to purchase hp laptops and their products in future.
ill share to social networks fb, instagram, twitter about my worst service and worst quality of products hp given nowadays. May be it help someone to get good products.
