Product: HP EliteBook 840 G5 Notebook PC

I know there is already a post similar to this but I added this because my issue is a little bit different. Whenever I click the brightness buttons on my Elitebook 840G5, a blank popup titled "HP Hotkey Support" appears. The difference for me is the brightness does not change. Only the popup appears and nothing happens. The more I press, the more popups appear. AScreenshot 2025-04-13 114610.pngnother difference is that when I press the function keys on the same slot (F3 and F4), the error does not appear and it works normally. It's only when using the brightness. I have to use settings each time to change the brightness which gets pretty annoying. How can I fix this?
