"No bootable device--insert boot disk and press any key"

This message is being displayed while booting my laptop. I've run the diagnostic tests, but all tests showed PASSED as result. Can someone guide me to solve this.

That message indicates the boot loader has been corrupted or something is interfering with it finding Windows.

Since you have already done what I normally recommend as the first step, the diagnostic tests, then disconnect any external devices, verify there are no media cards in the card reader and try a reboot.  If you are still getting the message, then most likely need the install media to try a repair.

If you need the install media for Windows 10, you can make it from this Microsoft download

https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10

With a working PC, scroll down to the "Using the tool to create installation media"
and then follow the directions. You can make USB. Use this new media to boot the PC and pick repair this PC instead of install.

If auto repair does not work, then follow this guide
