Product: HP Slate 7 HD 3404ex Tablet
I have HP Slate 7 Beats Special Edition Tablet.
(HP Slate 7 HD 3404ex Tablet)
I had my tablet reset, by "Factory data reset" in settings menu.
After that ,I have problem with hp "OOBE" app keeps crashing, and I couldn't get through it to use anything in the tablet.
I tried also hard reset (Wipe data / Factory reset), but nothing changed, the problem with "OOBE" still exist.
I tried to download the official firmware from your website, but I couldn't locate the link.
Could you please help me find the official firmware for the tablet?
And, if I flash it to the tablet, will it solve "OOBE" problem?
Thank you.
