Can not login to admin iD. also can not reset Password; as my laptop has been configured for Work From Home, IT guys have disabled ports for USB. Please, anyone suggest what to do?

First of all, there is nothing we can do from here to access your PC, so we can not assist in this in any way.
Second, we are not permitted to aid in bypassing any security measures -- so since these seem to have been applied by your IT folks, THEY would have to make any changes needed for you to be able to login again.

IT guys have just installed 'trend micro'; that is blocking usb ports. However, to uninstall that software, we need to unlock windows.
I think, the only option I have is to re-install the windows?
