Hello everybody!

I want to factory reset my notebook, so I use the "Recovery Manager" to do that.  But after booting up the computer with the F11 option, I couldn't find the "Recovery Manager" option to use! Although, the recovery partition still exists???

Who knows about this error please help? Thank you for reading!!!1.PNG2.jpg3.jpg4.jpg

Hi:

If there is no recovery manager software, use the HP cloud recovery client utility to create a bootable USB recovery drive to factory reset your notebook.

Here is an info link for how to use that utility...

I used the "HP recovery manager" software with the "Windows Recovery Environment" option, but after reboot I still couldn't find the "Recovery Manager" option to use.5.PNG
