My recovery partition is intact identified and named but somehow hp recovery manager says that my recovery drive is missing, it prevents me from entering recovery mode.
Recent action before this:cloned hdd to ssd, and performed clean disk on the hdd. And upgraded ram to 16gb

You said you CLONED the HDD to the SDD -- so even if that included the Recovery partition, when you do that, the HP Recovery function will no longer work.
It only works on the original drive or another one the same size.
