Hello Valued HP Community members - I unboxed my new HP Chromebook today, charged it up and when I turned it on, a message saying "Something went wrong. To try and fix the issue, start the recovery process. Remove all connected devices, then hold down the Volume Up Volume Down and the Power button for at least 10 seconds".
I have done this and the same message keeps appearing kn the screen. Help needed please! I just hope I haven't purchased a lemon, lol. The model is HP Chromebook x2 11-da0000QU. For info, I purchased the Chromebook in December 2022 and have only just unboxed it. Thanks for any assistance.
