HP Laptop 15-db1xxx
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi, i don't know if i'm posting this thread on the wrong category, sorry if i do!

I've recently bought a new laptop and i installed windows 10 64bit, however most of the drivers won't work. I get this error  "The driver is not supported on this OS version (10.0.15063 )"

I've only managed to install the graphics drivers from the official amd site.

I did check Windows Updates and i updated it, the BIOS also.

Can someone please help me? Thank you!

@georgexx

You should only be using HP drivers on your laptop.  Forcing install of drivers downloaded from any other site is a bad idea and risks rendering your laptop useless, especially in the case of video drivers.

@WAWood I know that, the problem is that the HP drivers for my laptop are giving me this error, that's why i need help 😕

The HP specs for you model show it came with Windows 10 Single Language already installed, so it would also already had the proper HP drivers installed.

If you replaced that with a Windows 10 version you downloaded, the HP drivers might not work for that version.
