Hey try that okay if that is not working.

 

If you have warranty valid then don't waste time listen to me okay go to service centre they will check & solve the issue.

 

They do what is good for solving your issue if they are also not going to find the solution for that above mention process is not working for them too then they will replace with New Motherboard.

 

HP Notebook laptops having this issue when company had updated their BIOS last year in the month of November & December 2023.

 

The same problem I faced i tried then it's not worked out to me & service center has replaced with new motherboard.
