May I know India support telephone customer support contact?

I pressed "y" (or rather "z" on my QWERTZ keyboard), and that helped. No problems anymore.

But will it clear all my data?? Because on option Y , it is written that reset whole TPM

I was concerned about that also, but it turned out that I had no problems with this at all. I did not notice any data loss at all after pressing Y.

Your Windows login code may be deleted. You will then have to set up the login code again. If you have BitLocker activated, you should write down the BitLocker key to be on the safe side. You can find it in your Windows account.

I have a same issue on my laptop ..

My doubt is that ...

is it related to laptop storage [documents or pictures]?

If i choose option N[reset whole tpn] will my documents or album will lost or reset????

The TPM module is only cleared if you select the letter Y (or Z on a Qwerty keyboard) and then press F1. This will not delete your personal data (documents and albums). You may need to set up the login code for Windows again. If you press the letter "N" nothing will happen, but you will be asked again every time you start the computer if you want to delete the TPM module.
