It's either one of two problems. The first one being that Windows 10 might have become corrupted and requires a full reinstallation or that the issue lies with the HDD or SSD being faulty. Most of the times, it is the former. So I will instruct you how to install Windows 10 onto your PC once more.
Using another computer, download the Windows 10 installation media from Microsoft's official website. After downloading it, insert your flashdrive onto the computer then press the option to install Windows 10 onto a removable medium such as your flashdrive. Once completed (it shoulkd take a few minutes). Go to your laptop and press the power button,as soon as it boots press the F9 function key to choose the device you wish to boot from. Afterwards, the process should be automated and easy to understand. If you have any problems, feel free to send me a message.
