HP Recommended
HP ProBook 450 15.6 inch G9 Notebook PC (4D3X1AV)

After the September Windows update, the computer will not boot into Windows, it blue screens on boot with a "critical service failed". None of the recovery tools have any effect. It will not boot into safe mode. I had attempted to follow the instructions here for a Secure Boot Error, but that had no effect. Any help would be appreciated because this is now a very expensive paperweight. Thank you.
