Hi, I am facing a Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) error on my HP laptop. The model is HP 15.6-inch Laptop PC 15-d5000(4V9Y1AV), serial number(5CD2509R2W), it is running Windows 11 with a 12th-gen Intel Core i5 processor and a 512 GB SK hynix SSD. The error happened daily during normal use. about 2-3 times a day and the screen goes black with a message: "Your device ran into a problem and needs to restart. we're just collecting some error info, and then you can restart and it mention the"stopcode UNEXCEPTED_STORE_EXCEPTION(0x154),stopcode MEMORY-MANAGEMENT(0x1A),stocode CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED(0xEF) .afer the BSOD, it collect error info at0% and requring a hard power -off. Please resolve my problem

Hi:

 

Run the memory diagnostics test (F2) and see what it reports.

 

The MEMORY-MANAGEMENT stop code is an indicator that one of your PCs 4 GB memory chips has failed and needs to be replaced.
