Pavilion
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The computer is 2 weeks old. I wanted to save a document to Google drive and suddenly it locked itself. I applied "Ctrl - Alt - Del", and I chose "Signing out", The computer is showing a blue screen with "Signing out" now on its third day. Cant turn ot off or resett??

Pulled the power chord to see if it will close when the power cuts out.

How do I trigger a reboot??

Pulling the power cord would not have turned off the laptop immediately because it would then run on battery.  But I would think by this time, the battery would have run down.

If it is still running, then hold down the power button for 30 seconds.  That should turn off the laptop.
