I never knew about this Microsoft Bitlocker Recovery Keys until my computer was lock off by these software, I went to Best Buy get information on how to remove it and the only solution was the charge me $450.00 to reinstall new software. HP is giving me no solution ; HP was the company that install software they should be the one to provide the answer this this issue. I pay for my computer and I demand HP either provider a solution or send another  working computer. [Personal Information Removed]
