I am sorry to hear you are running into this blue screen and recovery issue. Dealing with a blue screen is frustrating, and running into a forgotten password prompt makes it even worse.

Unfortunately, the combination of the blue screen recovery prompt leading to an administrator password you don't have is a security measure that cannot be bypassed by the community.

Here is the correct path you must follow:

 * HP Cannot Give You the Password: For security reasons, the HP Community (and even HP support over the phone) cannot just provide a password to unlock the BIOS. This is a crucial security feature.

 * Contact HP Support Directly: This issue requires HP's official support team to generate a unique code for your specific computer. They are the only ones authorized to help you regain access.

 * Verification is Required: HP will require you to provide proof of ownership (like your original purchase receipt, warranty status, or serial number) to ensure you are the legitimate owner before they can assist in resetting the BIOS password.

You need to search the main HP Support page for the "Contact Us" or "Phone Support" links to begin this process with an official HP agent.
