hi everyone

searched for a live chat with hp but couldnt find anything and i cant use call. my hearing english is not good.

i have a pavilion dv6 laptop that came with a preinstalled windows 7. i upgraded it to windows 10 monthes ago. now i want to downgrade to windows 7 but the sticker under my laptop that holds the key is damaged and i cant see 2 digits.

is there a way that i can recover it?

Run this utility, it should display the key for you:  http://www.tenforums.com/software-apps/2577-showkey.html

@wawood no i have this app. it shows my windows 10 default key. i want windows 7 key thats is not available on windows
