I need to reinstall the operating system but I don't have the installation CD as what I did was corrupted when the pen drive broke. I couldn't find it anywhere and the authorized here don't have it since I bought the notebook on a trip in 2014. I'll be grateful if anyone can help me.

Hi,
You can create a bootable USB drive with Windows 10 on it on a different PC and then use it to reinstall the OS on your notebook. You can download the media creation tool from Microsoft
You do not need a product key and Windows will automatically activate once installed and connected to the internet.
During installation choose custom install and delete all partitions. Install in unallocated space.
When finished go into settings and completely update the machine so that Windows finds the necessary drivers.
You could also replace the Hard Drive with a cheap 2.5" SATA 3 SSD which would give a good boost to the everyday performance of the notebook
Hope it helps,
David
