how can i download win7 home premium hp oem version or get a recovery disc?

Windows 7 is an old operating system which is reaching the end of its lifecycle.

You cannot get a recovery drive for the country you are located at the moment.

 

You might be able to use Heidoc and Rufus solutions - check the attachment below. But it is not recommended.

 

You should consider upgrading to a newer OS such as Windows 10 (or 8.1)
