Hi @kerrylou85,
Welcome to the HP Support Community!
Thanks for reaching out!
We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.
I understand you’d like to create a recovery drive for your HP 14-ep0000 and save it to a USB flash drive. Please follow these steps:
Prepare a USB drive
Use a blank USB flash drive (at least 32 GB). Backup any files first, as the process will erase everything.
Open Recovery Manager
In Windows 11/10, type “Recovery Drive” in the search bar and select Create a Recovery Drive.
Check the box “Back up system files to the recovery drive”, then click Next.
Insert USB drive
Plug in your USB flash drive. Select it from the list, then click Next > Create.
This will take some time (30–60 minutes).
Label & store safely
Once complete, label the USB as “HP Recovery Drive” and keep it in a safe place.
I hope this helps.
I'm glad I could help! 😊 If this resolved your issue, please mark it as "Accepted Solution" and click "Yes" on "Was this reply helpful?" Your feedback not only keeps us going but also helps others find the solution faster! 👍✨
