Hi I sent for my kit some time ago, for some reason the first cd no longer

Ty it's saying that my HP Pavilion Notebook M3Z51EA#ABU is not supported for this download.

Any other suggestions please .

Try installing the HP Recovery Manager Installer for Windows 8.1 https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp71501-72000/sp71999.exe

At this point I suggest you contact HP Support for the Recovery Media

1) Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/ 
2) Select your product type below.
3) Enter the serial of your device. 
4) Select the country from the drop-down. 
5) Select the chat or get phone number options based on your preferences. 
6) Fill the web-form and proceed further.
