I am getting a error while creating the recovery media on a 64 gig usb stick does anybody have a clue to what this error is

 

The recovery media creation attempt has failed please contact hp support and provide the following information.

Serial no. 7MP80UA#ABS

ERROR 0XC00409

 

Windows 10 64 bit

16 gig ram
