Trying to retrieve a CD, USB, or File for recovery media to rebuild my laptop to manufacture setup. Could an expert assist me in this matter?

You're very welcome, Martin.

The recovery media will reinstall the original HP factory image including the OS, drivers and software that originally came with the notebook.

The only place I know of where you will be able to order recovery media for your notebook would be from this vendor at the link below:

https://www.computersurgeons.com/p-21320-windows-7-64b-recovery-kit-658862-001-for-hp-pavilion-quad-...

It's going to be for Windows 7, since your PC was never supported by HP for W10.

Paul_Tikkanen, thanks for taking your time to assist me in this matter. Here is a question for you. Would I need to look for the driver software or would the recovery media include the driver?
