need either an ISO image or a disk with everything on it please.

HP Cloud recovery doesn't work on this laptop and not getting anyplace with HP support.

What is the full model number or product number of the PC you need recovery media for?

 

How to find your HP laptop name, product number, and serial number | HP Support

 

HP does not sell recovery media, which is why they have the cloud recovery tool to create recovery media with, but I can't help you without more information.

 

The PC has to be 5 or less years old to be eligible for the HP cloud recovery tool.

 

If your PC is not a business class notebook, you will have to clean install Windows and then install the drivers and available software from your notebook's support page.
