Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

hello i have a hp pro x2  612 g2 tablet which lost power whilst updating

i managed to restore but now its stuck in a reboot loop saying there is an error & i need recovery media 

i can do a system restore from the startup page but it just says it needs to be repaired , error code 0xc000000e & i will need to use recovery tools 

if anyone has any suggestions please

Hi:

 

You can use the HP cloud recovery client utility to create a bootable USB recovery drive that will reinstall Windows, the drivers and the software that originally came with your notebook.

 

Here is an info link for how to use the utility:

 

Pay particular attention to the section about how to automatically install the drivers.
