Product: hp envy x360 convertible 15-bq150na
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

my windows went down so i wiped it to recover it with the F11 recovery because it has an hard drive and an ssd i have gone to use F11 and i get the screen in the photo

What you wrote makes no sense. If you wiped the hard drive, nothing will be left. .

only wiped the c drive recovery is on e drive

it has 2 drives in the laptop 1 ssd drive which has windows on and 1 hard drive which has recovery and data drive

128gb SSD & 1tb Hard Drive
