Hi @Hello0257,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

Sorry for the inconvenience caused don’t worry let me help you.

To better understand the issue, could you please provide a few more details?

  • Are you unable to access the recovery partition at startup, or is it missing entirely?
  • Did you recently perform any updates, reinstall Windows, or change disk partitions?
  • Are you seeing any error messages when trying to use recovery tools?

In the meantime, here are a few troubleshooting steps you can try:

  1. Access Recovery via Startup: Restart your PC and press F11 repeatedly during boot. This should open HP Recovery Manager if the partition is intact.
  2. Check Disk Management:
    • Press Windows + X and select Disk Management.
    • Look for a recovery partition (usually labeled “Recovery” and without a drive letter).
  3. HP Support Assistant: Open HP Support Assistant and run diagnostics to check if recovery tools are available.
  4. Windows Recovery Options:
    • Go to Settings > Update & Security > Recovery.
    • Check if options like Reset this PC or Advanced startup are available.
  5. Create Recovery Media: If the partition is missing or inaccessible, you can create a recovery USB using HP Cloud Recovery Tool. This ensures you’ll still have a way to restore your system.

If these steps don’t resolve the issue, please let me know exactly what happens when you try to access recovery, so I can guide you further.

I hope this helps.
