i am trying to factory reset the omen laptop using hp cloud recovery tool but after recovery process is complete the windows in stuck on your pc need repair error code 0xc00000e

Hi:

 

If the cloud recovery tool doesn't work, the only suggestion I can offer would be to clean install W10 by making a bootable USB installation flash drive using the Media creation tool at the link below. Select the 64 bit media creation option.

When you get to the part of the installation process that asks 'Where do you want to install Windows,' delete every partition on the had drive, leaving just one partition of unallocated space.  Click Next, and W10 should install.

 

After W10 has completed installing, you can install the drivers and available software from your PC's support page.

but i need to install all driver separately  i wanna know why could recovery is not working properly

Yes, you would.

 

Unfortunately, I wouldn't be able to help you with why the cloud recovery tool isn't working, and I highly doubt anyone else can either.

 

These recovery image tools are kind of like lightbulbs. 

 

Either they work, or they don't.  You can't fix a lightbulb that doesn't work.

 

So, if you can't figure it out, or no one else has any suggestions, I recommend you use the process I explained to reinstall W10,

 

That is a whole lot better than having a notebook you can't use.
