Product: HP ENVY x360 Laptop - 15m-ed0023dx

after change mother board the recovery usb not working due to wrong information of my laptop

can anyone tell how to make the recovery under new information

Go into the BIOS, find the PC product number of the new motherboard and let me know what it is.

 

The product number of the old PC motherboard was 9HP24UA#ABA

 

I hope you bought a motherboard that had the Windows product key in the BIOS, or you will have to buy a new product key from Microsoft.

Enter the motherboard serial number in the search window at the link below and see what it reports:

 

HP PartSurfer

 

It should provide a model number and a product number.
