Product: hp probook 440
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

in hp probook 440 laptop while power on hp file installer screen appearing ,after that red screen factory processing error occurred

945:*** Error *****an error has occured during the 1st ofline phase!

failure spawning c:\error_failed_to _apply_baseimage.exe

createProcess(c:\error_failed_to_apply_baseimage.exe)returned

2.the system cannot find the file specified.

 

lastBTODir:

LastBTOScript:c:\appl.zip\init\init.bto

 

please press either ctrl+Alt+C or Shift+F10 to open a command window and collect c:\system.sav.7z for issue  reference.

 

please give me a solution for backup my backup data.
