I purchased the laptop in January. I recently began getting an error message stating my cooling fan was not working. I called regarding the issue and was told my refurbished laptop only had a 90 day warranty whereas the website states that the refurbished laptops have a 1 year warranty. I am not receiving the error message now but I am concerned about the warranty issue. I see other people have had this same issue as well.

Refurbished PCs are warrantied by the reseller -- so they set the terms, and if you have issues with those, you have to deal directly with the reseller.
