I bought a new HP refurbished laptop about a year ago and it sucks. its freezes all the time. the fan runs all the time. I do not have time to send it away for 10 days to get repaired. I do not have a second computer with all of my files and programs and passwords ready to go. I run a small business. I will not go to or recommend the best buy or HP.

i want a new computer working with all of my files - same day - just a day will cost me $1000.

I was early in my business when I decided to save $100 on a refurbished unit- what a mistake. I do believe it is BS - I call BS on HP and best buy.  Here is a news story i saw after i bought it - and it seems to be true.

I will charge best buy and HP for time lost. Very aggravating. i spend $ on a new computer and it costs me more than it cost me! I can't afford to lose time - or money. I am in the early phases of a business start-up.

I think about doing something every day - but best buy told me 10 days without a computer. how could i deal with that? I picked up this computer this am to start work, and the fan is running - it has not even been used, it has not even been opened! Last night as i work on a report and add a photo it froze. this is the most memory and storage etc I've ever had in a computer and it sucks! this computer does not work properly at all. it should not freeze at all. i am not a gamer. i am not watching videos etc. i use webpages, excel and word.

very disappointed and no time to deal with best buy or HP. HP better come to me with a solution! I will make a big fuss!
